ABOUT THE EVENT
Join Globe journalists and criminal justice experts for a conversation about online safety for children. The Globe’s reporting shows online threats to children have skyrocketed over the past decade. And in our ever-more-online world, there’s no practical way for most families to pull the plug on the internet entirely, but there are ways to protect your safety. We will discuss how to talk to children about online safety, report abuse, existing legal protections and community resources.
